DashTree Labs
The team that builds your software stays to run it.
We design, build, and run web apps, mobile apps, and AI products. Fixed prices are on the page, nothing is paid upfront, and everything we make is in your name from day one.
Working with us
The price, the build, the code, the exit. All of it stays in your hands.
The price
Fixed in writing before work starts. If something takes longer than we scoped, the overrun is ours to absorb.
The build
A link to the working product from the first week, updated every few days. Status is something you see, not something you are told.
The code
Registered to you from day one, along with the hosting and the domain.
The exit
If you ever take it in-house or to another team, everything already works without us.
Who we are
Owned by a non-profit, run by the people who do the work.
DashTree Labs is a subsidiary of a non-profit. That structure keeps us small and answerable to the work rather than to shareholders. The developer building your project is the person you talk to.
You work with us directly. The person you message is the person writing the code, so answers come from someone who knows exactly where your project stands.
Services
What we take on.
AI applications and agents
Assistants that answer customers, agents that carry multi-step work through your tools, and a person reviewing the edge cases.
Web apps
Software your customers sign in to: SaaS products, dashboards, and customer portals.
Mobile apps
iPhone and Android apps, taken through App Store and Play Store review and updated after launch.
Product design
We interview your users, map where they get stuck, and design screens you can click before any code exists.
E-commerce
Online stores: catalog, checkout, payments, and subscriptions, wired into the shipping and inventory tools you use.
Websites and CMS
Marketing sites your team edits without calling us: pages, posts, and images in a simple editor.
Internal tools
Software only your staff sees: approval queues, operations dashboards, and one place for the numbers.
Integrations and API work
We make your systems talk to each other, so information entered once shows up everywhere it belongs.
Ongoing support and maintenance
We keep it running after launch: security updates, backups, and a person to call when something breaks.
Where you are
People come to us at three points.
Nothing built yet
You have the idea, maybe a rough brief. We help you scope a first version worth building, then build it.
Built, needs work
The product exists and mostly works. It needs features, speed, a redesign, or a move off a platform it has outgrown.
Built, needs a caretaker
You want one team that already knows the codebase when you need fixes, changes, or the next feature.
How we work
The same process every time.
Scope before price
It starts with a conversation about what you are trying to do and what already exists.
We write it into a scope: what will be built, what will not, the timeline, and the price.
Build where you can watch
We build against the scope and talk as it goes.
You are looking at the same working product we are, so course corrections happen early.
Launch and stay
We deploy it and hand it over running.
We handle what comes after: updates, fixes, and the next feature when you want it.
Pricing
Prices you can plan around.
Modern products are assembled from proven parts as much as they are written from scratch, and the prices reflect that. Every plan includes two years of updates and support.

An MVP, or something that does not fit these plans, runs on a simple quote. And for non-profits working in children's welfare, education, or healthcare, some projects are free, depending on scale and region. Either way, write to us.
Prices are in USD. Bigger scopes are split into stages, and nothing we quote goes past $50,000.
FAQ
Questions we hear the most.
A note from the studio
Software is changing faster than at any point we have worked through it. Tools that did not exist a few years ago let a small team ship what once took a department. Most pricing has not caught up with that. Ours has.
We built this studio inside a non-profit because we wanted the work itself to be the point. That choice sets everything downstream: what we take on, how we price it, and how long we stay.
If you are building something and want a team that treats it the way you do, we should talk.

The next step
Tell us what you are working on.
A few lines about the product and what you need is plenty. We read everything and reply with what we would do and roughly what it would cost. If we are not the right team for it, we will say so.
